Shopping cart is powered by Paypal. All purchases are subsequently processed through Paypal. NCB is not responsible for typographical errors and erroneous information and or prices may be adjusted after order has been placed. NCB reserves the right to hold any and all orders until confirmation is made.

Orders are shipped UPS Standard Ground or USPS Priority. All in stock items orders ship within 72 hours of order transmittal. Non stock items will back order and ship upon availability. If item is no longer obtainable, buyer's account will be credited.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned items must be in original packaging. Approval must be confirmed prior to returning an item or items. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless it is determined to be a "defective merchandise" return.
